Coronavirus and Brexit: How Kent HR can support

  • Coronavirus and Brexit: How Kent HR can support

    Updated: January 7 2021

At Kent HR, we’re doing everything we can to protect the health and wellbeing of our clients, communities and colleagues. Our priority remains to provide an exceptional service to you throughout the uncertainty of COVID-19 and Brexit.

We’re providing a safe environment for our staff to work remotely and stay connected to each other, while ensuring any disruption for our clients is kept to a minimum.

    Brexit

In line with the latest government guidance and potential travel disruptions as a result of Brexit, we are offering client meetings by telephone or digital conferencing, rather than face-to-face.

Please get in touch with your usual Kent HR contact or call us on 01622 776445 if you have any questions regarding current meeting arrangements, or to book an appointment.

Visit our Knowledge Centre to read more about the HR issues you’ll need to consider as a result of Brexit.

    COVID-19

Clients have always been at the heart of our business, and it follows that the health and safety of our clients and staff is our priority.

In line with Government guidance on reducing the spread of coronavirus, our sister company Brachers has carried out a risk assessment to ensure the offices we share and our work practices are compliant.

Throughout the pandemic, we’ve been sharing advice on handling staffing and HR issues during coronavirus. Visit our Knowledge Centre to find out more.

    Face-to-face client meetings

The business is open as usual, however in line with government guidelines released on Monday 4 January 2021 we have closed our offices to the public and our team is working primarily from home.

If you have an essential appointment booked with us that cannot be carried out remotely and you are required to visit one of our offices in person, please check the policies for face-to-face meetings on the Brachers website.

Alternatively, please contact us for more information:
