Michelle Perry

Michelle has mainly worked in professional service organisations and is an experienced mediator for Kent HR as well as being a member of the executive committee at Brachers LLP.

Having over twenty years’ experience in human resources both in-house and as a consultant, Michelle advises on strategic plans and successfully implements organisational change, by engaging others with the process. With a strong financial background, Michelle’s experience includes the commercial aspects of HR management, assisting Brachers and clients for whom she works in achieving the right result and moving forward.
