We sat down with Veronica Fox, one of our HR Consultants, to ask her some quick questions to find out a little more about her and why HR is her passion.

How long have you worked at Kent HR?

I started working for Kent HR in September 2015. At the moment I am based in the Maidstone office but will soon also be based between the Maidstone office and our new Canterbury office, as well as travelling to visit and work with clients.

    What is your specialism?

    My specialisms include:

    • Complex employee relations issues, particularly investigations
    • restructuring and training
    • recruitment
    • HR policy and procedures.
    • Sector focus – SME’s.

My main sector focus is the SME sector. I have a lot of experience with helping SMEs with their human resources and enjoy working with this sector, although this doesn’t stop me from working across other sectors too.

What’s been the top highlight of your career so far?

Being part of the recruiting panel, which appointed Tim Campbell onto London Underground’s Graduate Scheme – then watching Tim go onto win Lord Sugar’s very first “The Apprentice”.

Can you sum up working at Kent HR in three words?

Three words that sum up why I like working at Kent HR have to be ‘Different Every Day!’

I love that my work is so varied and that I get to work with lots of different types of organisations.
