It is important to ensure that right from the start an employee is successfully integrated into the organisation to enable the process of them settling in to their new role, building up working relationships and finding a role for themselves within a team. We can support you by designing induction programmes in line with your requirements and induction checklists and/or manuals to accompany this. During the initial stages of employment we can help you to identify training needs for new employees, support Managers at meetings with employees during their probationary period, and prepare supporting documentation.
